St Modwen will quite literally take no accountability for anything. The wall is falling down?
Not their issue. The bath leaked through, not their issue.
The errors they made on Littlecombe are unable to be rectified in any capacity because they wont spend ANY money. They will simply take all of yours.

We live on locking parklands directly behind handley place in Canberra crescent. As a resident of over 20 years on the older part of the estate we have obviously seen alot of changes., but since the building has started behind us the noise pollution is becoming unbearable and we cant even enjoy our weekends anymore as i sit in bed writing this email im listening to very large machinery noise that has been operating since just after 8am. I know you have deadlines ect but please have a thought for us residents that listen to this day in day out 7 till 4 every day .
