My card not working in any way

Debit card worked fine Saturday I tried to Pay my phone bill and every Method I used said error.WHY???

I chose st louis community union as mine bank that i can depend on and at a time like this i were hope that u guys would be their for me in a bad time of need ' i was gave 750 and i have paid over half of that back i really look forward of you guys helping me in a very hard time like now ' i know i have not been banking with you guys long ' but i trust in what i heard about your bank 'and all i needed was a little help to get me back on the right track

High School Culture

At 7224 Gravois, St Louis MO 63116, high school culture and brazen Discrimination: recently a AA member conducted "business" with a blonde white female employee in her office. The employee INITIATED a conversation about an unhappy relatives marriage and engaged in the talk with the AA member. After the member left, the nutty employee reported that the member badgered her, etc. Additionally false, damaging accusations-NOTES were posted to the members accounts. However no one representing STLcommunity cu has made any effort to contact the member for a "rebuttal". This is typical high school behavior. AGAIN, the employee started the weird conversation!
