I’ve tried calling. No luck.

I don’t know what to do. I’m so disappointed, I’ve been a huge Cardinal fan since my dad took us to Sportsman Stadium in 1963

I bought tickets last year, all inclusive, on 06/13/2024. I fell and was injured and had to leave in the middle of the 3rd inning.

We requested a rain check, but it was denied. The next day, they sent me a text requesting an opinion on our experience. I sent a detailed message about my experience. Six months later, I received a call about the experience, and I told the man again what happened.

He said he may be able to send a couple of tickets when this season starts.

I requested all-inclusive seats like we had paid for, but he said that would not be an option. Well, the season has started, and I have not heard back or received any tickets.

I’m sure after he said all-inclusive was not an option you behaved poorly in your reply. That’s why no tickets were sent.
