Ruined our Faith in this Hospital
- - Disappointed with St Joseph's ER; staff lazy.
- - Husband died; prior tests negative, symptoms worsened.
- - Insurance info omitted, delaying months.
I am so disappointed in this Hospital, and I should have known better to think that anything would come out good with this hospital, my husband passed away this past June this ER is the worst, the staff in my opinion are a bunch of lazy people. In the medical profession there is no room for mistakes, a mistake can be fatal, between thus hospital and Banner University, I have no idea who is worse.
Less than a week prior to St Joseph's admitting my husband, we had been in and out of this hospital so much it was just mind-blowing!
The last ER visit prior to March 16, he was given every single test under the sun, every single test came back negative, we could not believe it! He was sick we knew something was wrong! March 16th less than a week maybe even a couple of days, (I will find that report), i had to rush him back to the ER because i found him pale in a fetal position shaking and sweating his teeth chattering, I rushed him he needed blood asap! He had no red cells!
How can that have been missed on the report! How! Fast-forward to November 2020. His Insurance company requested information on my husbands reports, St.
Joseph's left that report out, the most important piece of information and making it seem that my husband was lying to the Insurance company, I waited 6 months!
It took this Hospital 6 months to respond only for them to leave out that important information, it is okay, I do have an attorney that jumped on board for medical malpractice with Banner University, I will also add St. Joseph's to my complaint.
I would not trust my dog with the ER staff at St Joseph's.
Preferred solution: send the correct ER report dated prior to his admission on 3-16-20
