Doctor and medical staff does not understand the severity of my wife's injury and took medication offer chart without consulting my wife the patient and that would like to file a complaint

Pros:
  • Location close

Preferred solution: Resolution for my wife who is in dire pain always refer to a nurse practitioner not able to see our primary doctor for the past five years cause he’s too busy to see us

User's recommendation: Do not recommend Saint Jude Saint Joseph or heritage group I have no idea they always put you through a third-party the third-party is not our primary doctor and we are given given my wife and patients the wrong diagnosis thinking it’s just a mere headache

Can’t get resolution or follow up appointment at this office

AI Highlights
  • - Referred by PCP in 2019; one visit with tests, no results.
  • - Appointments canceled; Dr. Gomez unavailable; COVID test required, not told; I gave up.

I was referred by my PCP to go here back in Late 2019. I went to this office once and received a bunch of testing and have yet to be seen to know what if any results came back.

I have tried numerous time to get a follow up appointment and they keep cancelling with the latest cancellation being in July 2020. The office keeps scheduling me for days when Dr. Gomez is not available. This has happened on 2 to 3 occasions.

I finally gave up in July 2020 when they told me they were cancelling because I did not get a COVID-19 test, which I was never informed had to be done to seen at this place. I will be filing a complaint with my insurance company because I feel they used me to bill my insurance for tests they never intended to do anything with nor tell me best how to resolve my health issues.

User's recommendation: Don’t go here if you want to resolve pulmonary issues
