AI Highlights
  • Phone call said to go there to book an appointment; no phone bookings, no callback, only a nonworking text link, and no anxiety help.

Nowadays it's virtually impossible for me to get an appointment. The waiting times are getting longer & longer. The receptionists over the phone are getting more & more clever in a tricky sense,as well as inconsiderate.I'm also being bombarded with their online appointment site links, after endlessly telling lots of them i can't use it,it doesn't work for me.& i'm now being held hostage to submit personal details in order to see a doctor

It seems to me,i'm not allowed to have a consultation with any doctor. This comes from 3 phonecalls,5 texts & 2 different appointment confirmation times, which never came to fruition

I was asked to come in for a blood test, was given the reason; We want to test for various factors. When only 2 weeks earlier,my blood was taken in my local A&E department & confirmed to me.We will send the results to your Gp.Why is it the medical establishment won't check all the necessary factors with 1 blood sample & want to keep sticking needles in me?I ask myself

I used my return call facility,on my answer service.A receptionist answered, did not know what she was doing, corrected me at the earliest possible convenience, over something trivial.& her final answer was,we have to reschedule your appointment because the doctor has called you twice already.Which happened to be at 8.00am & 8.10am.I had no choice but to hang up

A phonecall telling me i have to go there to make an appointment,& we do not make appointments over the phone. No appointment given for a callback, only a text with a link,to do it myself, which did not work.& no help for my anxiety when accompanied by a support worker,at an emergency appointment
Pros:
  • Local
Cons:
  • Completely unreliable

Preferred solution: An apology & proper help when needed

User's recommendation: You may have to choose where you live
