No way to contact bank,
!* Long wait times on phone LONG,
* cookies won't allow access to account (Chrome problem...repeats itself over & over),
* NO bloody eMail address,
* can't talk to managers (who are responsible for service & not poor help person.) Managers design the Customer Service system, managers need to fix it!!!

Wait time 40 MINS!!!
The Service has declined since Westpac bought it. 40 minutes wait time on phone ! REALLY!!! No other way to get in touch.
Help person changed log in number & security number so I can't do online banking.
I've been with the bank from 60's when it was NSW Blg Soc. Now, SHABBY service!!!

Shockingly bad customer service
Do not bank with St. George.
If you happen to travel, they will cut off your accounts repeatedly. Their supposed '24 hour' overseas hotline returns a message stating that they can only be contacted during business hours in Australia.
If it's friday in the northern hemisphere, you'll have to wait three days to get access to your own accounts. They are utterly contemptuous of their customers/

Still in limbo stranded without access to my bank accounts or money. Not happy!
How can I phone with no money, ?
why did they hang up when I did get through to the que? Why isn't there email connection to them ?

Card not working
Internet banking blocked , could someone phone me 0739462****. I have been without the use of my card for almost a week, after trying to transfer some funds to my travelex card the bank was nothing I would be overseas before leaving g Australia.
Not happy
Preferred solution: My login restored blocks lifted I am in UK the bank was advised before leaving

Given up till I get back to Australia. Even my embassy knows how difficult our banks can be.
They don't have any free call numbers your calling from overseas at mobile roaming rates and a 9 hour time difference. Its just too hard, after many many years with this bank I will be changing and recommend others to do the same.

Payway
Its been 3 2weeks I activated payway, I have come to the bank on several occasions and called as well. I found out that the payway was not live and it was a test last week .i came to the bank last week to get my merchant ID , each time I come I always face poor services . Please how do I get my merchant Number because it seems no one wants to help me
