I had a test at Flagler Hospital. Both the waiting area and the exam room were dirty. I also contacted the maintenance department at the hospital and forwarded photoz.

I'm not sure how to forward the photos to you.

There is nothing about present customer service that is good. I have tried the chat.

No luck. Nobody home apparently. Twice I was put in contact with an agent and one the greeting happened nothing.

A few weeks ago I actually spoke with a human being twice in a few days. However, that did not resolve the issue.

In early June I needed to pause delivery for a vacation.

The system for doing so was not working. I sent an email through your system. Whoever processed it got it screwed up. Instead of stopping the pause on the date prescribed, delivery was stopped on that date,

However, during the time we did want it stopped delivery was erratic.

Since returning home on June 30, we've not received a delivery despite my efforts to get it started again.

DO I need to say your system sucks big time.

I like getting the print edition. I can read online but feel the system for doing so does not work so well.

Wife is the one who read the paper. She passed away last month, but had issues with the paper as far as consistent delivery of which we would discover too late to call.

Also trying to increase our payment when we were under contract for one payment and you raise the price of the paper. That was totally unfair.

Should not have even been an issue. Your liberal bias is apparent and can be affirmed by the most truthful casual reader.

Did not receive my newspaper from December 29 through January 2. Try calling someone all the numbers are called nobody answers the phone.Finally started getting my newspaper then today I did not get one again.

Never got paper. Billed automatically to credit card so no problem there. Third day I called and spoke directly to someone. Did not receive any assurance that paper would be delivered today.

all I wanted to know was when or if the record was planning to publish any recommendations on the more obscure positions in the upcoming election.

the response to calls and emails has been nonexistent a shameful result for a community newspaper

I only order it so I can get the TV guide and the ads. I want my SUNDAY PAPER!
