Chicken Caesar Salad Gluten Free/No croutons. Easy enough, right?!

The salad was NOT in the self serve menu so I had to ask for it. Front end girl Jada J was sweet enough, handled it, credit card asks if you want to tip and offers option, I chose 20% for takeout salad. Got my receipt. It charged me $4.41 tip on a $19.75 order.

20% is $3.94. So they are ILLEGALLY OVERCHARGING EVERYONE. TIP IS NOT ON TAX. TIP IS NOT ON SURPRISE SERVICE CHARGE.

There is a website on the receipt for feedback. The feedback section doesn't exist on the main site found. Received the salad and it had croutons in it. Had to give back and request a new one.

The chef scowled in the back-thought I couldn't see/hear as he complained starting to pull out the croutons to give me the same one back. I interjected loudly letting him know I'm allergic/gluten. The front girl showed him on the order she put GF/no croutons. He made a new one as I watched but was obviously aggravated.

UNACCEPTABLE. I thought about just getting a refund and getting somewhere else but there really are no other options in the airport for someone with gluten & nut allergies. The front girl Jada J is the ONLY star and will be letting the proper authority know about their little ripoff deal.

.47 cents is not huge, but THOUSANDS pay here EVERYDAY-it IS A HUGE THEFT. Some of us read our receipts for tax purposes!
