I received damage goods
I bought a bag on November 23rd and then when I went out for my birthday on December 24th and then it the straps burst when I was going to take pictures. This is so unfair because I only wore it once. And I ask ssense if you guys can send me another bag because I really really dont want my money back I only want a new bag. And then I email you guys but you guys keep ignoring me. Please help.

I think ssense should send me the same exact bag I order.
It's been nearly 10 days since ssense received my return and they've only refunded me for half the amount. I've called several times and I keep getting the run a around and still have not received my refund. After having spent nearly $10K, I will not shop on this site again.
