NO BATTERY EXCHANGES

What kind of company charges higher cost to have battery exchanges & then does not honor them? I just found out today when I had to drive 20+ miles to find your only open store in the area to be told that SSVAPE is no long honoring battery exchange. REALLY!! You had no problem taking my money for that benefit. I'm sorry I ever purchased anything from your company. FYI the last 2 times I exchanged my batteries they didn't last 6 months. Must have been the cheapest on the market. FRAUDS!!!!!!!

User's recommendation: NEVER USE SS VAPE.

Lack of Juices in Stores

Im a creature of habit. And when I find a juice I like I stick with it. I have been getting The Beard No. 71 for three years now, I always order through SSVape and never online. However, for the past 4 weeks SSVape has failed to deliver any of these juices to any of the stores in Maryland - Timonium, Owings Mills, Westminster. Mind you they keep plenty stock of their *** SSvape brands, but the good stuff has been put on hold for multiple weeks. I've seen the order forms and have seen where the orders have been placed. SS Vape is not watching out for their store(s) in Maryland at all. I will no longer be an SS Vape customer until they can get their act together. Another side note: SS Vape has been out of equipment (tanks, batteries, coils) for weeks as well which they have finally stocked up on too. This is terrible customer service for people who buy your products. Clearly 'The Beard' vape company goes quick which is why orders are placed so much. The fact your company can not keep up with these orders makes me take my business else where. Hope you guys get it together. Signed, Former SS Vape customer/consumer

I have been shopping here since they first opened. I quickly found my fav people and avoided unnamed others. Twitch and Adam are awesome! There was another guy there that was always helpful I think his name was Jarrett or Jared but I haven't seen him lately :( Whenever I have had an issue they continued to work with me until it was resolved. They may be a little more pricey when it comes to juice or coils, but others sell juice that hasn't had time to steep and tastes horrible. So I will pay a few extra bucks to get better quality juice and a knowledgeable staff that will go the extra mile for their customers.

MOD issues

I currently own several mods from this company and my segelei has a broken screen that will not come on and my X cube 2 the battery prong is bent and will not hold a battery anymore. This company when I purchased these products told me " lifetime warranty" Now I am stuck with 2 mods that are broken and no where to turn because they have now changed there policy on devices that they sold. I was never told I needed a receipt when getting a device replaced or repaired and now all of a sudden its against there policy to replace a device without there logo. So they have now went back on there word of lifetime warranty and clearly are not in the business to help a customer as I was at first told we are willing to work with you and then less than 24 hours later told theres nothing we can do as it does not have our logo on them. YOU SOLD THE PRODUCTS I DID NOT JUST PULL THEM OUT OF MY ***

I had bought a product from the Frederick store . an I'm having issues with the not holding charge an leaking my juice. An I had call the Hagerstown store. An they told me I have to go back to Frederick . why is that when its the same store. It shouldn't matter if a Franchise store . it has the same product. Very disappointed

Will NEVER return to ssvape,Hagerstown, Md. my husband and I bought several of their batteries which we were told had a lifetime warranty today i tried to return 3 of them because 2 of them will not hold a charge for longer then an hour and the 3rd one wont completely charge at all. They were VERY rude and got nasty with me. Was told they have to be completely broken to be covered by the warranty. For the price we paid for these batteries who wants one that doesnt even last an hour, this is a ploy to get u to buy more because you have to change them so often. This is not the 1st time we have had issues with the people in this store. They are always rude and act like its a bother to wait on tou or answer any questions. Very bad and unprofessional customer service. Also when it comes to the warranty it only covers batteries wrapped by them but they won't rewrap batteries for you unless you have the wrap ok so if you buy wrap somewhere like auto zone is not an ssvape wrap which then voids the warranty. Bad bad buisness

Their products seem of good quality but not the best prices and the employees are all very young and don't seem to be knowledgable. They are small and not many places to sit and the managers dress as if they are going to the gym not professionally which is ridiculous doesn't make me want to go in. There is only one girl who works there and she is only 23 which makes me uneasy about buying rom her on top of that she is superficial and prententious and doesn't seem to want to be helpful overall the staff doesn't seem to care to keep me and or others as a customer and come back all I am to them is a bank well person they want to sell to not keep coming back. I will not go back and their return policy is ridiculous again don't care about being professional nor do they care if u come back or not so I give them one star.ctowson vaporium is huge they have a pool table lots of bar top tables and chairs a couch and great customer service they want to help u not because they have to just to get money from u they care and their products are great as r the prices and even better they can make any juice for u and make the nicotine level the way u want it not only sell what they can get so Ss Vape get your act together because u suck and I am not coming back!

PinkSpot e- cig vapors liquid

I'm not surprise that SS Vape rating is bad.I asked my son to buy liquids there, he payed $ 97.10 which was more then Vaper Cafe in Timonium. When I looked at the bottles Broad Street brand has exp. date and Pink Spot has just a date that look like that 06- 2014. I drove to the store, talk to the owner, he said its date they were made, I asked to show me papers or literature where it says so, he said he does not have one. Then, he called sales girl and said" this lady is confused, can you explained her that this is made date not expiration." I asked him do I look confused to you, he said Yes. I said I would like to return this product because I'm not happy with customer service, he said I can't return it, since he does not know what I put inside of these bottles. I had no idea that these bottles are not sealed! Guy did not sound respectful and seemed nervous all the time, which made me feel the same. The sales girl was nice. Now days every company does not matter how big or small strive for the excellence in customer service. I will not be surprised if he will be out of business in near future.

As a vaper, you should know better. The date on all e-liquid is a 'batch date' so, the owner didn't lie to you and, no, you can't get a refund on e-liquid, due to health concerns.

Please do your research before making a bad name for a vendor.

Yes, it's a new industry but, ask around before making a complaint.

For the record, I have no affiliation to this shop, I actually live in Canada but....wow.

Most e-liquid companies put there "Born on" dates on the e-liquid bottles. I have only ever seen two companies that put expiration dates on their e-liquids. The e-liquids posted use "Born On" dates so the review is pretty mute.
