Wrong charge

They charged me I never signed up for this I want to dispute this charge immediately . I have to pay my rent and car note and they took the money out before my payment was due .

Now Im working extra hard to pay it .

So yes Im pissed the *** I need my dam money .? Stop playing with people money

Deceptive Practices

They sold me a vehicle with a warranty with the knowledge that it had "severe engine issues" according to the auction inspection (which they did not disclose). I asked if there were any engine issues when I purchased and they said no (which was a lie).

It took an attorney to get a refund after PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM (starting within 10 minutes after driving it off the lot), and after they refused to honor the warranty after the warranty company denied a claim due to prior engine issues (that were not disclosed- this is fraud because SS AUTO was aware of the issues prior to the warranty sale). As soon as my attorney mentioned deceptive practices they issued a refund. ASK FOR THE AUCTION INSPECTION.

Take the car to a mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. This is a dealership that shines up auction cars, and then pushes warranties so they don't have to pay for the issues they are already aware of but do not disclose.Un

Cancel my warranty

Please cancel my extended warranty. I have no billing info or any details. They just deduct money from my account randomly each month without any receipt or email.

Kelly we are not SS Warranty we are SS Auto - We have been getting numerous calls on this for several months. We are not taking any money from any customers, some how our number was attached to this warranty issue. Aain we are not a warranty company, our apologies for the issue its caused you

They DO NOT stand behind their cars they sell

It is still not drivable. They said they would have it towed and fix it. Nobody ever came.

Then they said we would have to have it towed and they would not fix it for free. Don't trust what they tell you.

Scam dealership

I “bought” a Nissan Murano from them a couple years ago and after they had me sign 3 different contracts, and I put new tires on the vehicle, serviced it, they repossessed it from me. I paid them deposits of a total of $1500 in deposits and the finance companies kept telling me that the dealership couldn’t get the title.

I got scammed in a time of desperation. They were awful and should NOT be in business but they escape the law by preying on desperate people. Proceed at your own risk.

An attorney told me to suck it up to at least it was a lesson learned. I learned but do not go to these scam artists.

same here, been in the shop right after i bought it . making car and insurance payments and can't drive it to enjoy and get to work .

also they won't even give me a rental , i also have the extended warranty! and they also blocked my mom so she doesn't put up a bad review !

Do not buy anything from SSSuto. Bought a car.

Drove it 500 miles. Transmission went out. Paid to get it fixed. Water started leaking after they fixed the transmission.

Took it back 3 times to have the water leak fixed. Driving dow the road and the car blows up. Took it to an expert macanic. When they fixed the transmission they broke a vaccume seal.

Thats when the water started leaking they put a hose clamp on to stop the water leak, tightening it each time to try and stop the leak. The hose leaked worse and the car blew up. We drove the car about 1100 miles. They wont do any thing to help.

The car was bought for a VietNam vet, cancer suvivor, on particial disability, just trying to get to his part time job.

Out $7000. Its off to court we go.

I bought a vehicle from SS Auto as well and many issues that were agreed to were never repaired. As a result the vehicle had been improperly wired and caught on fire under the dash.

The worst auto transaction I ever experienced. Never buy a car from this business again.

Took it back they said they fixed it. Leaked moor. Took it back they said they fixed it. Driving down the highway the car blew up.

We took it to rep.macnic. He said that when they fixed the transmission. They broke a vaçcume seal and riged it with a hose clamp, tightening it each time they clamed to gave fixed it the hpse was so tight it split , causing the water to leak and blew up the car.SSAuto refuses to do any thing . So it off to court to try snd recoup ,$7000.

They took atvantage of a veit nam vet , cancer suvivor on part time disabilty. Just trying to get to his part time job.

God find some one who care. It off to court we gp

On March 1, 2008, I placed a down payment on a 1998 Subaru Forester at SS Auto with a location of 6889 North Oak Trafficway Kansas City, Missouri with the Loan Officer – Tisha.

Unfortunately, they were unable to provide an interest rate and the bank would not loan the money unless I purchased an extended warranty which I did not ask for nor did I want. I am disappointed because their refund policy on the five-hundred dollar ($500.00) deposit was not disclosed clearly and was misrepresented.

No car and no money. This is just not good business if you want referrals or repeat business.

These guys are pieces of work to be sure. I bought their vehicle for close to 5K and spent $1500 within days of the purchase and there is no end in sight to the problems I"m having.

The cost of repairs is going to far exceed that of the car and they refuse to take any responsibility or stand behind their project although they talked a very good game about how they guarantee all their cars to be good cars.

Do Not buy a car from this dealership. They are not good people.

I was lucky,my credit union had cancelled my debit card so ss auto didnt get a deposit,if deposits there are non refundable I would have freaked when I showed up to buy the car they misrepresented,it had 3 problems right off the bat that they had failed to tell me about and sometime between the time I told them I would take it and the time I showed up to get it the check engine light had come on,they refused to have the car repaired.

test drive,at speed the steering wheel shook and on semi hard hard braking it made a terrible grinding like sound but the rotors looked fine?? did a post trip inspection on the front end parts and found a lock nut for the right side outer tie rod finger tight and the inside of both front tires wearing very badly.

Bottom line,had they repaired the egr valve to get the check engine light off I would have driven away with the car because at that point I was still buying with emotion,I loved the look of the car,thankfully they lost a sale over a $55 part because I am sure I would have spent a couple thousand in repairs.

Message to anyone selling a car,be honest! I drove 3 hours to come pick this up with a check in hand and now I have to take more time off work to return it!
