I was offered a position at SRT for a guaranteed $1400 a week ; I met with some driver managers and I was happy with them they all seemed very wonderful ; however a woman in orientation insisted that I take a job driving for $424 a week She was rude and she said she had to do this because a week of my 10 year work history did not coincide with their records This shock to me and I said I could easily be remedied by calling the company She was abusive and was more concerned about getting me to work for $424 a week then finding a resolution to this fault When I came down they knew I had received another job offer in yet they wasted my time and lied about what they would pay me This company is full of lawyers do not except employment here Happy

Pissed!!

SRT - Pissed!!
I have a monthly payment of $439.81 and NONE of my payments are going toward the principal only the interest. I got the car back in August. I'm behind 2 payments due to my unemployment status and the calls are coming 3xs a day or they're calling my references possibly stating that they can't get me on the phone. last month I payed and let the lady know that I would call them after I have made the next payment. Then 2 days later, I got a call from them wanting another payment in 10 days. They do not make notes in their system and the don't correspond with each other. I'm now trying to find another dealership or bank to refinance and get out of this mess.

So, you are pissed because you have a loan and aren't making payments? Or because you have no idea how a loan works (the initial payments are ALWAYS on principal)?

I would seek some financial planning classes/assistance.

You are obviously in over your head. A $440/mo car payment for someone without a steady job is absurd.

One question, did you read what you signed? If it says this is how it's going to be and you agreed to it, this is on you.

Thanks for telling us what to watch out for before agreeing to and signing a contract.

Well I've been driving with Srt for 6 months I would have to say they are far the second worst job I had and I've had some bad ones.well let me start. You know how they say you will get more money well that's a lie my pay has ranged from$30.00 to 400.00 since my employment with Srt they lie about everything they don't care if something needs fixed all they care about is the load I had Dot issues with the truck and my dm wouldn't let me get it fixed until I called the shop and then it got fixed oh if you have issues with covenant stay away they are owned by them *** stay away period!!!!!
