Claim screwed me
- - I rented a 10x40 storage unit; all belongings were stolen and walls wiped.

The property manager let someone steal all my things, rented them a storage unit on the same property, and let them move my things into their storage unit. I watched them sell off my things, then contacted me two weeks after the fact. They keep telling me that they are going to help me, but they never do anything. I’ve contacted you guys before, and now this is a serious issue.

Cant find unit
- - Cannot find unit on site.
- - No response from customer service after 4 hours.
- - Six adults couldn't locate the unit number in the contract.
Still can't find our unit and still have heard NOTHING from customer service. It has been 4 hours with absolutely no response to multiple messages. Per our contract our unit number @#$% but 6 college educated adults could not find that storage number anywhere on site.
