I used this shipping service to send some items to Sri lanka in first time. Most of the items were gifts which I could use my vacation.
DC area shipping agent promised, it can be shiped before 30 days. But after I go to sri lanka It never reached promissed date. It took over two week and reached 2 days before my vacation finished. I contacted there shipping service, but nobody had correct responsible answer.
Specially DC sales agent liying a lot. Never can trust him. When Shipment late to leave from USA I cantacted him He said "don't worry It'll be there promissed date" But It completely messed up my whole vacation. I had to spend more money to by gift even I had spend money to buy and shipp them to Sri Lanka.
Never could trust this shipping service. Be carefull
