Can't process payment
Why can't I buy anything from your website I've tried multiple times and I can't get ahold of anyone on the phone I've been trying to get them for a month almost and this is the 3rd time I've emailed y'all please respond and fix this issue I was supposed to buy these before today and now I've disappointed all the children here at the homeless shelter.. please make this right

Hi squish, mellow my name is Scarlett. I have a YouTube channel where I post beauty and dances every now and then, but one thing that I love dearly is your squish mellows.
I have around five of your things and on my channel. I have almost 600 subscribers my goal by the end of the year to hit 1K and I feel like if we partnered up if you could send me some stuff maybe please then I think I could get 1K but at the end of the year and my goal in life is to get at least one PR package, and maybe you can make that happen.

Can never find Dalton the Dragon in my area. Its discouraging. I would love to find him as we share the same name.

I got a rip in my new squishmallow
I saw the squishmallow at target and wen I bought it home I realized it had *** in it.and now I have to be careful with it because Im afraid that the hole seem is going to rip and all the stuffing will fall out of it and I dont want that to happen so can you please send me a new one it was my favorite one of them.

One of the 8 products does not have a tag
I ordered an 8 pack of Squishmallows and one of them has no sort of tag. Its bad enough that the 5 ones dont have a name tag but this doesnt even say its a Squishmallow.
I ordered it at Target online and on the box it says for questions call Cosco.
All I want is a replacement of one of the eight. Not too much to ask, so I thought.

Hi, my name is Cassidy Im a long time fan and collector of squishmallows. They are amazing.
They got me out of a really dark place, I collect them with my best friend Jama whom has cerebral palsy, its her and my favorite hobby I dont get to see her that much.
We together have over 300 squishmallows. I was wondering if you guys could send us something signed or something unique, so we have something the same and special.
