No Return label!
- Requesting an exchange for a workout top that is too big; return label not received.
- I am frustrated and feel ignored due to lack of follow-up.
After repeated tries to get a return label l gave up and decided to keep the shirt and maybe have it altered to fit better. All I wanted to do was exchange the medium for a small because the bottom part of it was too big. I tried several times and I kept getting the same response and it was getting me nowhere so I will not be doing business with this company again.
I contacted you weeks ago, early April, and I think it was the 11th or maybe before, asking for an exchange because the workout top is a little too big. After many promises of sending the label, I still have not got the return label to be able to get a smaller size shirt.
So I'm getting a little frustrated and wondering if I'm just being ignored! Thank you, Kim Creech
