Hlo i am rajwinder i file the report of loss my phone but now it was closed by squre trade i dont know why they ask me you do not give a one information which is about taxi i dont know how i give the information about taxi at that moment i am alone thier the taxi was book by somebody else by stranger who help me their to find the phone but i cant find that man book a taxi for me to go my home because my phone was loss i cant book any think at that time i have no money and i have all bank contactless card in my phone which i have lost at beach so stranger help me to book taxi i dont know that person he do help me as a humanity i explain every think with honesty i dont know why they close my claim i am very upset and feel Harassed by squre trade because ia waiting to much for this claim please help me i pay for my phone every month i take insurance for my phone safety i am nee here i dont know about every thing what is important for claim i pay every month for that but it was not helpful for me please help me CryCryCryCryCry

I've lost my phone since November, its been 6 months now but they still haven't solved it for me. Even though they took the money every month from my account and now they said I have to pay £193.05 if i want to finish my claim . I wanted it to be over so I paid too, they said I will receive a new phone in next day but it's been 3-4 days from the date of payment I still haven't received the phone. I am very resentful and disappointed about the dishonesty and service. I was very stressed. Cant believe that they can do with their clients

I bought Tefal Actify with 4 year extended warranty with Squaretrade, after 3 years of use plastics aged and lid broke. I contact customer support and they do not accept a claim and explained me that it is accidental damage. It is clearly visible that plastic is aged and has a lot of cracks. The most important is that it coat only £13. if you value your money do not buy warranty form Squaretrade, they will not pay. Never ever, waste of money !!! Do not spend your money with this company, waste of money !!! They do not pay, they never pay, be aware !!! The most important is that it coat only £13. if you value your money do not buy warranty form Squaretrade, they will not pay !!!
