I have been trying to reach tech support or customer service with no luck at all. My account hasn't updated in over 2 weeks and there are two accounts on my dashboard now for some reason.

Also I keep getting a prompt to download the app which has been downloaded on the target phone for a while so something's wrong. So it would be great if someone could fix this or do something..

This is not downloading on the target phone! Ive tried several times to get this to download and it just wont do it.

I would like to be reimbursed for the costs. Ive never recieved the tempory password this account.

Its not downloading to my hotmail account. This is why I am sending this from my other email address.

Despite all my efforts, including using pissedconsumer.com, I have yet to hear a peep from this fraudulent excuse of a company. Buyers beware, if your considering using this Spyware, just don't!

They will take your money, and never ever respond if you have questions or concerns or tech issues. They claim they have 24/7 chat but that's a lie. Not one time have I ever gotten in touch with Amy human. Whether it was via phone, chat, email.

My account was suspended less than 2 weeks after my purchase which was supposed to be 1 month. I am working with my bank to dispute the charges accumulated by this lame excuse of a business. They are theives and lie all up and down their website.

Only maybe 1/4 of the features they claim to work actually do work, and they update every 12 hours, which is ridiculous. Stay far away from this company.

Multiple connection issues

Unfortunately, I had to reinstall twice. Im still not accessing text messages, Snapchat not working, screenshot is not working, even though Ive made sure it was turned on, cloud photos and record surrounding keeps saying The target device is turned off or not connected to the network, please make sure it is turned on. I want to extend my plan but I have spoken to someone there three times now and nothing has been fixed or emailed back with clear direction.

I sent a message. I still haven't heard anything back from anybody. I would like a full refund of $139.92. I thought it was only $11.99 that was taken out. If you could please have somebody call me or send me an email and refund my money and cancel my account.

This company never responded to my numerous emails, calls, and chats! They are a scam, don't give them your business.

They claim to have 24 hour phone and chat support, not true. They have neither. Paid for one month of service, then was placed on suspension 2 weeks in, no explanation, no refund, no response from anyone.

To top it off, more than half of the features they claim to have did not work, not once. Even after I reached out to pissedconsumer.com, still nothing!

Well, first off, I paid $50 for one month, and then they cut my service off without any notice whatsoever. They have no actual working customer service line; the email support is non-existent.

I've attempted to contact support on several occasions with no luck. They claim they are available through chat 24/7, but when I try to chat, it says try again later. These people took my money, then didn't even run my full month subscription I paid for. I want my money back, but don't know how to go about it since I can't ever get a live person on the phone, chat, or email.

What a joke.

Don't trust these liars. Not even for one second.
