Product doesn't work
I purchased the Real Time Spyware from them based on their ad claims that it can be installed on a target computer remotely. They claim that once it is installed that you can get keystrokes, screenshots etc.
I installed it remotely through an email attachment but nothing worked. I emailed their tech support several times over a few weeks with no reply. When someone finally replied they told me that I needed to have access to the target computer to set it up. I do not have access to it and that makes the remote installation pointless.
They refuse to help or answer any questions and just decided to ignore me. I asked for a refund because they falsely advertise their product but they refused. This company falsely advertise what their product can do and their support service is horrible.
Don't waste your money buying anything from them. They ripped me off.

Please do not confuse that company with Spytech in Canada. Spytech in Canada has no connection with them, not do we sell that product which has "pissed off" so many customers.

I wish I would have done more research. Reviews had rated it in the top 5, but if you search 'spytech spyagent refund', you get all the dissatisfied reviews.
This product is not easy to use at all. I kept having to reinstall the program after shutting my coumputer down. Half the time, the keys to open the program would not open it and there was no other way to get into it because it is 'stealth' version. And no refunds!
Just wasted money when I ended up getting a free program off the internet. Please do lots of research before buying.
This product is marketed in the U.S. by a company with a similar name as ours.
We do not sell that product, nor do we have any connection to that company. Yes, we have seen several complaints about that product, but please do not confuse them with Spytech in Canada.

I feel your pain, man! I have recently bought this “undetectable” piece of ... hmm, “softart”, and it was immediately detected by the Windows built-in antivirus software )))) So they adviced to add exclusions to the antivirus to make it work, I’d rather put a big label on that computer)) I only wish I saw your comment yesterday (((
