How to adjust my lights do not have low beam bottom adjustment also last time I called rep told me wrong way to adjust lights for up so now I have to take lights out for third time if this time somebody doesnt helps me right I am sending them back

Someone stole my tail light cover off my truck and now Im having a hard time finding a dealer of spider Auto to replace it

I found out that who I ordered from had changed their provider

So i talked to a Supervisor and he set me up with a better company who was willing to help provide service for me

The company is bait and switch

And don't care what the customer after the sale.do not purchase from them .

After installing the headlights, one of the halos on the passenger side would not light up. I should have tested before I installed them, drivers side works and looks great, I was truly disappointed when the passenger side didn't, I felt like someone had stolen my Christmas.

carid told me to order the part but it was wrong part, returned and carid said part was broken but spyder said they have had no communication from carid regarding return. spyder actually helped me.

I completed the first responder discount form and met the criteria. The email said Id receive a link .

That was on Feb 13th. Now my items of Spyder attire are selling out do I had to order .

I purchased some headlights through eBay and I've been waiting on a return label to send these headlights back because the seller sent me the wrong headlights.

All I wanted to do was find out about the warranty on my headlight purchase. The worst customer service of my life.

They asked me for my date of birth, credit card info, address. Not one question about the headlight. They said they needed all that information for verification purposes.

The headlights I bought are beginning to fog up and water is accumulating inside. Not a good product.

Hi i bought halo projection headlights from your company not even a year ago for my 2004 silverado extended cab and the lens on them look absolutely terrible they look like they are the biggest piece of crap ive ever bought is there anything you guys can do about it im not sure the name these were ordered under since my girlfriends sister ordered them for me

Never agaim will I buy spyder products, noone will warranty ur items they tell us to call u,u in turn say no call them my headlights can't be used especially during g the next world of wheels im afraid ill lose sponsors due to not entering but with your products falling apart I cant risk entering my truck

Ridiculous everyone at world of wheels will be notified why im not entering, i went out on a line and tried ur lights , lesson learned

The headlights i was sent are the wrong headlights EVERY NUMBER I CALL IS OUT OF SERVICE WHAT KINDA PLACE IS THIS???

Had a blown head gasket cause of a random misfire so replaced head gasket timing belt and water pump was bad all timing marks are good but still can't get spark have replaced nurmius sensors including crankshaft sensor and even tried a different distributor but still can't get spark.
