Question about different jackets for children
No one responded to my inquiry. Then they asked for a review. Customer service number does not work.
Preferred solution: An answer to my question. Either by email or call. A working customer service number.
Impossible return policy! refusal to give out corporate phone no return calls!
Over the past few years, I have purchased over 14 ski. Parkas.
I directly ordered from their website. I returned only one for fit. Recently, I have one of my favorite parkas completely keep getting holes in the parka after gently washing it. I have spent over forty dollars having my tailor sew with thread the defects.
They Spyder have very crude policy of giving credit Their customer service lied to. Me about their phone no. Their warranty dept. REFUSED TO call me back.
Their life time return policy is completely untrue. As an attorney and a very good customer, I admonish anyone considering purchasing a parka from them to read my review.
