Hi Management Office,

On 13 April 2024 at 8:10pm I came to Spudshed Morley.

Your staff whos on duty at no.9 pos system was being rude to us. Shes was talking with her friend and we just wait for her until finish to scan my purchase item.

Then we said to her by using soft tone can I have paper bag please. She replied I only have to hands.

We didnt force her to be faster as well, we just remind her.

Im so furious with the attitude.

I hope your company will improve and guide your staff about customer service. Its very important to others customer.
