Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. $615 was fully refunded. Eh, don’t do it.
I ordered a GLP1 through Sprout. I received my first round and all was well.
I chose the option with a NP or MD to build my personal plan, putting me under their care. I stopped the medicine and lo and behold I check my bank account and its time to renew! They yanked the money out $600+ AGAINST their own rules!!! There must be a physician check in to check on their patient BEFORE represcribing, they didnt.
The ONLY way to contact them is via email.
I have emailed them with proof of THEIR terms! Money taken, pissed consumer!
