I need to delete my accounts and make a new one
I need Sprintax to convert my state only account to a federal tax account oor delete my information from the system so I can start from step one and make a new account.
I made an account by mistake for the state tax, but I need to pay my federal tax and it isn't letting me change the status. I have used two emails, but they have the same number; maybe that's why it's not changing. I need to delete these accounts so I can make a new one with the same email and phone number.
Preferred solution: I need to delete my accounts

Confusion about filling tax return form

I was in the US between 10/22/2023 to 12/31/2023. In the State Taxes -> Living in the US section of Sprintax, I'm trying to mention it as "Texas" in the state column but it is automatically generated as "Outside US" which is totally unacceptable.
I want to file tax and this has been preventing me.
Please address this glitch. I would like someone to assist me on this.
Preferred solution: I would like the glitch to be fixed to allow me to file my taxes.

I am exempted from paying tax as I am getting a fellowship amount. But when I filled out W2 and 1042 s forms on the Sprintax application, the review is showing that I owe 3000$ to federal and 300$ to state. How to resolve this one

The calculation of my Tax is wrong. I am a non resident here for more than a year and has a tax treaty but sprintax doesnt have anything about that.
I did not mail my tax documents cause I am not okay with it, but I found out that the sprintax did the e file. Now I have a hard time taking my refund because of that error.
Hope that I can get a refund for my federal and state tax. I have no problem with fica documents.

Taxes filing
Very hard to reach the customer service. I even accidentally was charged 47$ due to a mistaken chat that I assumed was from Sprintax customer service which referred me to just answer page and claimed I will only pay 1$ which is refundable, but instead they charged me 47$ without any help. I also left my number and name and the reason in the voice mail of the sprintax customer service without any response or call back.

I am Katherine Joy Guillermo, a teacher in Arizona on my 1st year as J1 teacher. I currently filed my tax via sprintax.
I just filled out all the necessary details and they compute my tax and it turned out I owed 7,000 USD.
I would like to ask on how to pay for this and until when should I pay for this amount?
I just found it very confusing and expensive as I only receive about 1,975 per pay day.

Tax Return form
The tax form I need is 1040NR and according to Sprintaxs website the company has that text form. However when it comes to picking out the right tax form 1040 is not an option.
The chat said that I need to print out the 1040NR form and mail it to the irs. In that case I wouldnt be using Sprintax

For over 4 hrs I've been trying to fill out my tax return. I've used 3 different browsers to no avail. Your website also makes my browsers crash from time to time
