Discontinue orders no more please thank you

Nothing happened discontinue orders. It helped me very much the meals, but Im done thank you I dont think theres anything else for me to say I just wanted to try them so now Im canceling I dont see whats the problem can you cancel my orders no more please thank you

I don’t want to be on an automatic recurring basis

They were too busy to take my call, so I left a message stating that I do not want to receive automatic recurring orders. I asked that my orders be discontinued.

Hi Patricia, It looks like you recently signed up to receive Sprinly deliveries, and that you have received two orders by now. I also see that you reached out to us to cancel your subscription, and we took care of that for you right away.

You won't see any further charges or deliveries from us, per your request.

As a reminder, you can always resume your services whenever you like, and you have complete control over when you receive deliveries from us by using your customer portal. Thank you so much for giving us a try, and please do let us know if you'd like any help learning how to use your customer portal for future deliveries We appreciate you!

I ordered spinly meals after I broke my neck in a car accident. Being vegan it was on time.

THEN AFTER RUNNING LIKE CLOCKWORK EVERY TUESDAY, Nothing. No food and no email.

All they offered was 25% off my next weeks order. WHAT ABOUT THIS WEEK?
