I want to start by saying that I order online all the time and I have never felt compelled to write a Google review until now. 99.9% of my purchasing experiences range from great to good to average to sub par, but this particular experience started out as nerve-racking then heartbreaking and ended up in. extreme disappointmwnt so I feel compelled to write a review so that others don't get caught up in this frustrating situation. My order was an assortment of cake pops from a shop called 'Sprinkled with Love by Jaime' she can be found on Etsy and Instagram. Unfortunately, I ordered the pops on Instagram so I was not able to write a review for her anywhere, Which is probably why she (Jaime) ended up being so disdainful in the end. The cake pops were for my 5 year old (turning 6) girls drive by birthday parade. My daughter help me pick out the pops she wanted and was very excited. Jaime started out as being very Helpful and easy to work with but that quickly changed as soon as the cake pops shipped. I paid her via Venmo and a few days later she told me that she had put the cake pops in the mail via US PS but she did not provide a tracking number. After a few days went by I contacted her about the method of storage for the pops once they arrived in case they got here early. She was Kurt and said they be fine as long as they were refrigerated. A few days after that when the cake pops Have not arrived I reached out for the tracking number which she did provide. I could see that they were still transit. A couple more days went by at at this point I was very nervous, Jaime Said that all the packages that she had sent out that day Had been delayed due to weather. This is the problem. A company who ships perishable goods across the country for special occasions during a time when weather can be unpredictable should not be sending their packages to the United States Postal Service!!!! At this point I was concerned not only about the freshness of the product but that they wouldn't be here in time, I wrote to Jaime again with my concerns and she was becoming Noticeably more of aloof stating that she "does not control the United States Postal Service or the weather". She had done her part and it was out of her hands. Of course the cake pops did not make it here in time for the birthday party parade, my daughter was completely heartbroken and our guests had no treats to take home. I told him I would hand-deliver the pups when they ended up coming but they never came!!! My first step was to call USPS to see if they could ensure any of the goods given that it was a perishable item and they said as long as I had an invoice from the vendor they could probably at least help me on shipping costs. I kindly reached out to Jaime and asked her to send me an invoice to my email address which I provided her so I could send it to the Postal Service. No response. It is in my personality to be sympathetic and give people the benefit of the doubt in these situations and I do understand that things come up with family and business and LIFE. After a week of not hearing back I reached out again. At this point it was obvious that her unresponsiveness was actually just blatant disregard. All this to say that Jaime has no problem ignoring her customers. She has $100 of mine sitting in her bank account and it's taking absolutely no accountability for her part in this. This doesn't feel like a one off situation. This feels like something that could happen to anyone of her customers at any time. She is not invested in ANY LEVEL of customer service and i'm confident in saying that she could care less about what her customers think about her as a person. Her pops look Beautiful and delicious but it's not worth the pain and loss of $$$ that you were likely in to endure if you purchase from her. The lesson I learned from all the sister either order local from now on or find out what shipping company is used for anyone selling perishable goods.

Excellent online choices and customer service! Very helpful and courteous owner.

Items are shipped quickly and are always fresh and delicious. Owner ships priority mail and provides tracking information.

I informed the customer that her package would be shipped Priority Mail via USPS. She received the package. I have tracking information and signature confirmation from her accepting the package.
