HORRIBLE
This place is AWFUL. We had a regular family Dr here.
We LOVE him. He's the only Dr in this clinic I will allow near my family. Well, he's now semi retired. Which means they put two of the 4 of us with someone else and did not tell us.
I tried getting a hold of someone to fix this for FOUR WEEKS. But the 4 times I removed calls to some woman named Celeste, the staff would tell me no one named Celeste worked there.i finally get a hold of the triage nurse who seems to recognize the name Celeste vaguely. She proceeds to tell me that my husband who is severely diabetic and also has other health issues was reassigned to a brand new out of school NP. Someone they just hired.
Who has zero reviews, has had zero patients. And then, THEN, I find out, they moved my 14 year old over to her as well. I call. I complain.
The person I spoke with was RUDE. Berated me like it's my fault they randomly took two family members and stuck them with this random woman and never communicated with us. They treated me as if I was lying that I had them moved over. Not to mention the staff at the front desk 99% are new and have zero clue what they are doing.
They are AWFUL. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with this place.
It's a joke. Dr Goodger is the only Dr here worth anything.
Preferred solution: A new Dr who's actually an MD.

-0000 stars. How can an office call in prescriptions & not include the milligrams, or not include the quantity or the diagnosis code?
How can a prescription that Dr says is pertinent to start immediately, not get sent to pharmacy for over a week? Or a very much needed med not get called in same day? It should not take six+ months to get an order for a test to the correct office. I am not an 8 year old who doesn't know their body, so stop treating us like we are stepping on your toes, because we patients are forced to Google our symptoms to get a CORRECT diagnosis.
When someone has years of chronic pain, don't expect it to not affect our mood when you do nothing, or you do the very minimum & just want to push pills that do not work. Especially if pain is from varifiable injuries & is NOT all in our heads. You need to keep up with new guidelines for treating chronic pain patients instead of telling people to take ibuprofen. Focus on diagnosing, determining what is causing the problem, or offer supplements to correct our conditions, instead of pushing prescriptions that do more harm than good.
Stop covering up the symptoms, focus on holistic methods. All these Dr's should lose their licenses.

Jennifer Durrant has a lot to learn.
She reinforces why patients are reluctant to trust someone with a relatively low level of education.
Patients are not one size fits all, Ms. Durrant.
Obviously your NP training was.
If a middle age adult tells you they do not want a flu shot who are you to stick them regardless?
I hope you'll wake up. Do you really want your NP career to be nothing but horrible regrets about the way you treated people?
Be Kind. Listen. Talk gently.
Admit (to yourself) when you make mistakes. Learn.
Be humble. Learn from your patients, Jennifer.
If you're not given enough time to properly care for a patient tell your employer about your needs.
Durant is just a HORRID PERSON
I ended up having to see Durant for a follow up re orthopedic surgeon appoint that I had and she did NOT even read his chart notes correctly I had to correct her and she became angry. I told her that she needs to at least read previous re a patient BEFORE walking into the room to see them and talk.
She did NOT like being corrected what so ever. The appointment ended with me telling her to shut her mouth and has no right being a provider. I got up and slammed the door behind me and later that day I wrote an email to my ACTUAL physician telling him EXACTLY what had occurred. It is in my file (and my son's) that she is NOT to come near either of us and she will regret it she does.
I have said to every person who says that they are seeing her NOT to. Explained my situation with her and have told them to google her name and see all the reviews that are AGAINST her. I am still wondering as to how and why she is still a provider? I would NOT even let her go near my cat or even my betta fish she is that HORRIBLE.
She is just HORRID PERSON. WHO EVER YOU JUST STAY AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM JENNIFER DURANT NP

Springfield Family Physicians - Customer Care Review
I saw Jennifer Durrant, NP and she was absolutely horrible! Extremely rude and obnoxious.
She would not let me complete a sentence without interrupting me many times, raising her voice, and walking out of the room while barking things at me. It's been a very long time since I've been treated so badly. This woman should not be allowed to work with the public.
She needs a desk in a dark closet to match her very dark personality. As an RN, it saddens me that she is in the business of caring, because she is absoltely awful!

I am a woman in my 60's and have had the same doctor for years. I could not get in to see my doctor in a timely manner so had to see a nurse practioner.
Jennifer Durrant is a horrible care provider with no empathy or "bedside manner" what so ever! In trying to explain my issues, she ramped up her voice, rolled her eyes, then slammed her pen down on the table. I could not believe it!! I apologized for not being as clear as she wanted me to be, but she is the one that should be apologizing.
I have never been spoke to like that, I will NEVER see her again and I will tell everyone about my experience! She should not be allowed to be around patients.
She truly does not care!! This used to be a group of care providers that truely care about their patients, but hiring people like this makes me want to look elsewhere!

Springfield Family Physicians Medical Negligence, possible malpractice
My name is Eric, I am your average 24 year old dude. I have a headache, swollen lymph nodes oral melanoma symptoms and a negative strep throat test.
Dr. Findley is a MD at Springfield Family Physicians, he deserves to have is MD removed. He simply does not listen to his patients. He simply stated that I have allergies, with no histamine level test.
I asked him to screen for cancer following a negative strep result. He absolutely refused. I asked him what made him think I have allergies. he repeated...
"You have allergies I don't want to fight about it". I have no history of allergies, no do I have all the allergy symptoms. I could have early stage cancer and the man refused to put his patients thoughts at ease. although it is more likely a fungal infection, treatable with a prescription.
He did not run any test but strep throat.
And I am a victim of Epstein-Barr Virus a.k.a. Mononucleosis.
