Don't waste your time
This dealership is constantly boasting about what great deals they have so I recently went in during one of their big sales events, you know the kind, hundreds of balloons, extra sales people, etc. Sadly, the reality all you will do is waste the better part of your day and you won't get any deal at all.
Wanting to upgrade, I went in wanting to know how much they would give me for my trade-in, which was a 2017 with less than 20k miles on it. Well after almost 2 1/2 hours they still couldn't tell me that so, I left to run my errands. I asked for them to call me when they could answer this question, but it was IMPERATIVE that I stop back by there. So, two hours later I stopped back by there, only to learn they still couldn't tell me how much they'd give me for a trade so I left and told them to call me. Well I got down the road about one mile and the salesmen called me to offer me the EXACT amount listed in the Kelley Blue Book, Trade-in section. Wow, what a fantastic offer, (NOT). Oh, and if you think they're going to take any money of the price of their truck, they're not.
The bottom line is if you've got a whole day to waste to listen to a car salesman talk endlessly, just to end up with no deal whatsoever then by all means go there, but if not, you might wanna go somewhere else. What a complete waste of a day off.
P.S. You can go on their website and read all their wonderful reviews, but good luck if you want to write a review on their website. Somehow, it seemed to be the only part of their site that wouldn’t load. What a coincidence.
Stay far away
They lowball your trade....sell broke cars and after reaching a deal they add extra fees in finance office. Dishonest and bad customer service

I know the homeless man,His motor blew up the day he bought the car,it totally destroyed his budget,he's disabled.on fixed income,so payments were direct.
Other Product Review

Dealership Review
Keep far away from this dealership! Just had the worst experience in my life!
Everytime they smiled and shook my hand,it cost me big money.
Don't sigh anything from them. The company is all gimmicks and games;
Car Purchase Review
I was going to buy a new car there.I decided to look around more because I heard a lot of bad things from this company. I found the same car for $6,000.00 less in Massachusetts. I'm now on vacation in Bahamas free!
Used Car Review
A older women friends of mine came to me with a used car she just bought there, the engine has a loud engine knock sound and they won't help her. That's bad business! Don't go there!

Poor Customer Service Review
The only professional thing about this company is the lying! They will get your money!
The owner is a x convict! I lost over $10.000.00 there.now I won't even drive by the place!
If you buy a vehicle from this place, you will be sorry! (fact)!
Work Experience Review
I was an employee at springfield automart, the service writer Wayne told me to pretend to service ft brake calipers on a customers car because it was 5:00 and time to go home,I was so upset by this act of dishonesty that i quit on the spot. I am happy to not be working for a company that i was told by a fellow employee is owned by a convicted drug trafficker.
Ripped Off by Springfield Auto Mart
Purchased Toyota Sienna from Springfield Auto Mart Springfield Vt. in June 2011.Upon driving, noticed Air Bag Restraint System light flashing.Looked in manual as to meaning of flashing light and noticed tab had been placed in manual in section describing the possible issues referring to light.(meaning this was a known issue with this vehicle prior to it's being sold by Springfield Auto Mart)Contacted dealer with a few days of pick up to make appt. for diagnosis /repair.Could not get immediate appt. so took first available appt.Sienna was seen by dealership and said to have been repaired.Light did not reappear flashing for a short period of time.Within a couple weeks light did start flashing again and realized vehicle had not been inspected at dealership so made another appt. to have inspection.etc.Also front and side door both rattling, asked those issues please be looked into.Picked up vehicle upon supposed completion (paid all costs in full) only to find although it had been inspected, other issues had not been repaired.Took back to dealership, again incurring more costs.Upon the return of the vehicle, door issues had been resolved. However Air bag restraint system light still flashing although Springfield Auto Mart had supposedly done an inspection according to the Vermont law an standards which include verifying the ARS is in properly functioning condition.
After repeated visits and costs with minimal service,we then took the Sienna to another dealer. The service dept.advised us that this year Sienna had recall with this system and was well known for this defect.(a fact never told to us at anytime by Springfield Auto Mart)The entire wiring system had to be removed and redone.(which was verified by Toyota who supplied the parts at no charge)However labor which exceeded 500. was not covered as the warranty on the vehicle had run out prior to us purchasing said vehicle.
We contacted Luke (manager at Springfield Auto Mart) in regards to paying labor costs however were met with extreme rudeness, denial and unprofessional behavior. We were asked if we were unhappy in regards to his service dept,to which my husband quietly replied yes.Luke then stated that since you are unhappy and won't be coming back,we can't help you.
So in fact, not only did Springfield Auto Mart sell us a vehicle with a known serious defect that could have proved fatal to passengers in that vehicle, they also inspected a vehicle known to have that defect (had been serviced for that issue, system had been recalled due to issue, manual had been tabbed marking said issue in that vehicle, warning light flashing etc.) yet their stance being no light was flashing when inspected (pure falsehood!!!) Now they have refuse to pay any portion of said repair bill after knowing they sold a defective vehicle which could have caused a fatality in an accident ,inspected said vehicle etc.
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
