I applied for a loan from Spring EQ and my application went into a black hole, I think. I receive regular emails telling me to log into my account to check status, but it won't let me create an account.
I got another email from a person who said they were my 'advocate' and point of contact, but they don't answer emails.
I have called 3 different phone numbers from the emails and Spring EQs website but no one answers. Is this a real company?
