Get it in writing

I purchased a 2018 Clarity in January of 2018. The salesman told me I would be eligible for a $6,800.00 refund. What A lie. He lied and I never got the refund. I reported the fraud to the BBB and they said they couldn't do anything. I would never have purchased the car. Horrible experience. STAY AWAY FROM THESE LIARS

Fake appointments

I made an appointment online days ago to have my car oil changed at 7am. Arrived 10mins earlier. Basically about 20 cars pulled up also but since the gate was closed I had to park in the plaza next door til they open the gates. So when they opened the gates all those cars drove in before me although I was the 2nd to arrive. Basically when I had entered and told the guy that I had am appt at 7am..he goes "I dont even know why we have appts" because basically they dont do them. How do you not know when its ON YOUR DAMN SITE! THERE WERE EVEN SLOTS THAT WERE TAKEN! AND I TOOK THE 7AM SLOT. I WAS SO MAD. He told me it would take 2-3hrs to get to mines but its not even promised. I said goodbye and decided to call the corp. They wasted my time, mileage and gas to go there. I am not happy and will never get service there again. This is Loma Linda CA SPREEN HONDA. GOODBYE.

WHY WHY , UP SALE , WHY BAIT& SWITCH? WHY?

Most recently we called to inquire the price amount for a very simple task. A oil change. The service advisor assured us over the phone the price would be : $40.88 for the oil change. However: When they drove the car into the mechanic bay. The price kept drastically changing. It went from: $40.88 to $70 something. We ended up paying : Nearly eighty. This extra money was for the none free: Tire rotation. We did not ask for a tire rotation when we spoke to Danny. He is the male Asian adult we spoke with. His job is service advisor. They wait for you to drive the car up. Then after they drive the car away with the car key. Now the price is now: $ 80.00 . All you wanted was a oil change. The best way to avoid being scammed. Go some where else legit. Take classes on how to change oil in a Honda. Get the manual on the car . If you want something done right do it your self. This is : Spreen Honda 25050 Redlands Blvd. Loma Linda CA . Phone: 909-799-****. What was done to me is a combination of things: Breach of a verbal promise. Calif. Labor Code: 920. I'm not sure if breach of a verbal promise coincides with breach of implied contract? Calif. Civil Codes: 3300-****. What was done after misleading me on phone about the price: Misrepresentation: Calif. Labor Codes: 1050-**** ? As I reflect back on the incident. First I made the call. Over the phone, the service advisor : Danny, the male Asian adult indicated the price for the oil change would be : $40.88. Next: It wasn't until after they had my car key, and until after they drove off with my car that did: ( Up Sale ) and to include: ( Bait & Switch ). The price went from: $40.88 to $ 70.00 something. Then to approximately: Now on the paid invoice it reads something different: $70.67. The worthless lame *** liar quoted me : $40.88 over the dam phone. I did not ask for a five point inspection . I did not ask for a tire rotation. He has no integrity. They also should not have to be asked if a customer wants to oil filter back. Now: Danny Nanhthadet was the service advisor. Now on the paid invoice this is what it reads: Estimate customer: Hereby acknowledges receiving original estimate of : $68. 83. This is a lie. I was not given this paper until after the car oil change was paid for. The BAR # AC-108265 EPA# CAD-98231**** DLR#20-7523. So in a sense this is: Entrapment, bait& switch, a scam , a lie , deceit , mistreatment , lack of honesty and integrity. To avoid this mistreatment get witnesses to hear the conversation. Ask permission to tape record the conversation? Calif. Penal Codes: 631-633.6. Informed consent. Also make sure to get all the paper work first in writing what you only want done. If they do you wrong scan the paper work to every senator and congressmen. Plus: The Attorney General. Now we already know : Danny Nanhthadet is going to deny he said certain things over the phone. He might be ignorant to some extent conversations are heard and recorded in , San Francisco. Legal government ease dropping. This is case he has no integrity to admit he quoted: $40.88 over the phone. Next: I did not ask for a so called : Five point inspection and a tire rotation. I just wanted a dam oil change with a new filter. Can I suggest its now : He said she said trash. Well I say skip hearsay. Its time For the : Trinity Of Truth. Test. The part that reads: The customer hereby acknowledges receiving original estimate of: $68.83. This was not the original estimate. He quoted : $40.88. When it was all done and said the total price paid: $70.67. The top assistant supervisor : Mr. Kalie was spoken to on: Nov. 17, 2017. Friday. Not only was the customer lied to and mislead. It appears it might be a on going thing with this dealership ? Now in case: At will employee working in the service department is going to refuse to admit his verbal promise of: $40.88 . Why because of their cunning craftiness . Make the verbal promise when you drive up. Drive the car into the mechanic shop bay. Then : ( Bait & Switch). Why? Because they decided to give you a five point inspection. Then they decided to give you a tire rotation. Notice the cunning trickery. They wait until they drive your car away into the mechanic shop. With the keys. Then they use: Silence of a entity, based on time of discovery. Calif. Gov. Codes: 911.23 and 911.64. They deliberately keep you in the dark as you as a customer is sitting in the dark. Now you pay. Not: $40.88 for a simple oil change and dam filter. They forgot to tell you they did a : Up Sale. Which is: Five point inspection: Plus the tire rotation. Also to cover their evil ways: They make it look legit. You signed the paper work you paid . On the bottom portion it reads: On estimate : Estimate : Customer hereby acknowledges receiving original estimate of : $68.83. This was not the verbal promise . It was : $40.88 for a oil change with filter replacement. Nothing more. Now again when its all done and said the price paid for a simple oil change: $70.67. When since this is a honesty and integrity issue. Will the at will employee: Mr. Danny Nanhthadet , volunteer for the : Trinity Of Truth Test ? Which is as follows: ( 1.) Step :#1. No. Lie . M. R.I. This is a computer that determines if the volunteered subject is lying or telling the truth. ( 2.) Step# 2. California Evidence Code: 801.70 . This is also a form of scientific evidence . To post the subject on : You Tube. Doing the entire : ( Trinity Of Truth Test) With being filmed doing all the mandatory prerequisites. Now can we all agree if : The service advisor refuses the : ( Trinity Of Truth Test ) With the mandatory prerequisites, to be filmed to post on : You Tube , for mass millions to watch, and view, then can we agree this shows: ( Reasonable Doubt) ? Which can equal guilt in the minds of millions across the world? Action speaks louder then words. So can we conclude: If Mr. Danny Nanhthadet refuses to volunteer for the entire : Trinity of Truth Test , with the mandatory prerequisites, this shows: ( Reasonable Doubt) ?Does this refusal equal : ( Guilt )? How will mass million consumers / customers know he refused? Simple: We will never see the service advisor on : You Tube. Volunteering to prove he is honest. Plus: That he quoted the customer: $40.88 for a simple oil change. Not: $70.67. Because the paying customer did not ask for a five point inspection . The paying customer did not ask for a tire rotation. If the dealership is going to do this as a courtesy then do this for free at no expense to any customer. This is bad customer service. Not to also mention: All the negative reviews I have noticed on : Yelp. Then some filtered and many deleted. Why? Because the truth hurts? Many problems it appears in the sales department. Such rude service. Some at will employees : Violating: Calif. Gov. Code: 12900. Looking at a female customer with lustful eyes. Bait & Switch toward customers interested in buying a car. This is a breach of implied contract. Why? When all these at will employees signed all the prehire application implied paper work. They read and signed and agreed to not violate any prohibited act against public policy. This is grounds for termination. If not terminated and still employed this means the dealership is turning a blind eye. Can this agree to : Aiding & abetting? Calif. Penal Code: 31 ? Also: Are any of the mechanic being told to fix anything and deliberately damage other parts of any customer's car? With the motive & intent to get more work? Will all the mechanics that work here volunteer for the entire : Trinity Of Truth Test? With the mandatory prerequisites? To be posted on: You Tube? Can we conclude if they are not on : You Tube doing the entire : ( Trinity Of Truth Test ) , with the mandatory prerequisites then this can show: ( Reasonable Doubt). This equals: ( Guilt ). Meaning: They are fixing one thing and damaging other areas of a customer's car. Why? To get more future work. Or the other motive & intent: To over whelm a customer with car problems so that sales can befriend a customer and sneakily persuade a customer to buy a car? When they just want their old car? Calif. Labor Code: 6300. OSHA. No employee is required to do any thing unsafe or illegal. At anytime. How deep does it get. Now for supporting evidence that shady business is a on going issue at this car dealership. We see all the negative reviews on : Yelp. Plus: Many reviews : Filtered and deleted. This shows as supporting evidence: Silence of a entity based on time of discovery. Calif. Gov. Codes : 911.23 and 911.64. This is very bad business. Don't tell customers you are honest with integrity prove it. Also : Where is it in the employee hand book for any at will employee of this car dealership to attempt to or to slap or tap any part of any customer? This is: Assault. Calif. Penal Code: 240. Note: After I had just paid the cashier: At will employee: Service advisor: Danny Nanhthadet attempted to slap my left shoulder. Or tap. Why? I don't have any signs that read : Touch me please? Attempt is : Calif. Penal Code: 664. He would have slapped my shoulder if I did not move out of the way. Is this unjustified behavior any where in his employee hand book? Where? Are the dealership cameras taped over? To cover for his actions against public policy?

Prior to this dealership ever deciding to go higher then the verbal qouted promise. Prior to taking car and key. Provide the paper work with the exact amount it will cost the customer. This is before the driver takes the car to the mechanic shop.
