Vultures. I need to seek alternative counsel as to the legality of this firm filing a suit against me with a two day notice via email.
No certified letter. No contact. Poor customer service. No apology.
I paid in full and no return call from the legal team. Manager Robert and paper pusher Ms Tucker were very unprofessional.
I am a nurse and mother of three and an upstanding citizen! I do not deserve this kind of treatment or their scare tactics.

In my opinion this law firm is corrupt and unethical. This law firm only destroys people and their homes.
I would suggest that all you have to do is google about this firm. If any of the places you get serviced from use this firm, run!!!
This Legal Firm in Miami is a Fraud. Located in Sunny Isles Blvd.
One of the Managing Partners of this collection attorney is highly unethical and one former client mentioned Mr. Sprechman is a *** e.g.
likes little boys. He will do anything to lie, cheat and diminish the merit of the plaintiff. His use of extortion is unbelievable and this SOB thinks he can get away with just about anything. He will like to a Judge or any one else for that matter.
His clients are employ subversive services and if you withhold payment they will go to this *** and attempt to extort money in any way possible. Run do not walk away.
Could you please expand on your comments about sprechman.
I have been dealing with sprechman and fisher for many years.
I now am in the process of attorney santions and need all the ammunition I can get.
