Unfortunately, the issue was never resolved. I never heard from anyone and I never received the backpack.
I ordered a book bag on December 1. Today is December 11.
I have confirmation numbers.
I am very dissatisfied. I haven't received the email or anything.

Broke backpack
Hello, my my son has had his book bag since June 11 and he started wearing it August 13 and the only thing that he had in his backpack was his iPad from school and his one of his straps is broken and I was wondering, how can we resolve this? I can send pictures but its broke. I dont have the receipt, but I do have the bank statement that I had got the book bag on June 11 at Snipe store in Crestwood.

Hello, placed an order with you all on Sunday Aug 3rd around 3pm. Once I realized my old address was on the shipping address after the order was placed I called, sent emails, as well as text messages multiple times as seen in the attachments, not one person responded nor contacted me back and you all were not closed.
I called, sent emails, and text messages today as well and still the same thing. Once I tried calling one last time someone picked up the phone and i explained my situation, after I was dont explaining the guy on the other end replied and told me if I didnt contact you all within an hour of placing the order it was nothing that could be done, which was a crazy response due to me contacting you all multiple times and no reply he than told me how could they have known what new address to send it if I didnt explain which I told him how was I suppose to do what to do when no one contacted or replied back to me. A lot more went on and the guy on the other end was very short with me, very rude, and I felt as if he was trying to rush me off the phone. I told him how horrible his customer service was and he proceeded to laugh like it or I was a joke.
If someone would please get back to me in regards to this matter ASAP please and thanks ![]()

I ordered a book bag from you guys. I put the address in the apartment number, but apparently when you guys did the shipping label, you did not put the apartment number so theyre refusing to deliver my daughters book bag.
