I did not receive all my items that I ordered
I feel once the order is placed the company should let the customer know that their order will arrive in multiple packages. This would definitely keep the customer from being PISSED.

My order has a tracking number, but it has not moved since the 12th of August. What's going on? Why create an order number knowing you haven't released anything to FedEx?

It will take 48 hours to receive a tracking number. However, on Sunday, I received a tracking number for an old order from 2023.

Never got my backpack

I ordered a backpack put the wrong address and it was send back to sprayground
I when I ordered I forgot to put my apt # which a belay in my delivery to happen , but I wasn't in the country when I returned home when to the post office I was told that it was returned to sender
I was wondering what happened to my package because I already paid for it is possible to send back to me with my right address
