Customer support with menu change

Needed to change dipping sauce maximums and price additional dressing cups. Customer service made all the changes for me and updated to the POS immediately. It took less than 5 minutes.

It is terrible they sent me an email and told told me that they were gonna be calling me or want to call them and I still have not done it. Basically I’ve done nothing to resolve anything like usual like I said in my complaint they basically just do nothing. They send you an email they talk about doing something and then it goes away and then they say case closed spot on is the worst customer service in the world.

I have been asking spot-on for over a year to change me to the fee based program so I dont have to absorb any other fees. They changed my one business but they never changed my other one.

I submitted the paperwork again June 20 of this year it was supposed to be done June 24. It did not get done until August 24 of which that time period spot on promise me along with my sales rep John Myers, thats far and would absorb all the fees associated with that time period because and again they did not do their job. No Ive sent my request for getting my refund back for the fees that were charged and Ive been waiting for over 30 days for my fees. The total is $3322.55 Im still waiting Im getting very agitated since June 20 Ive spent over 37 hours on the phone with spot on so I would like an additional refund of $500 for my time.

If not Im hiring a very big wig, Attorney, and Im going to sue you.

This is the second time Ive run into difficulties with SpotOn in regards to what they say theyre going to do monetarily for me. Not sure they double dipped last year and charged me and my customer fees both Please call me this is Simone 715,296, 8190
