I requested a refund on August 18th I was told it would take five business days to complete that transaction. Well now I really needed that refund because I'm in Michigan and we experienced severe weather last night my house is flooded and there's no electricity I have to find shelter and food and I was hoping that they can push that refund sooner so I can have somewhere to stay for me and my dog

Very frustrating that this happens when these cost so much money in the first place.
Preferred solution: A new charger sent to me. So I’m able to charge the collar
