Totally disappointed

Yesterday my wife had surgery at HSS.
I booked a reservation with your company from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm.
I prepaid with my credit card.
I arrived at the garage 15 minutes early and left 4 hours early.
When I went to get my card, I was charged an additional $18 because I entered early?
Driving in NYC is tough to begin with, so would you want me to book the garage while outside the garage or block traffic while I wait for my reservation to start?
Did you refund me for the 4 hours I did not use your service?
I will be contacting my credit card to dispute the charge and, unfortunately, will start using other parking apps.
It's sad as I like your app, but honestly, this is a rip-off.

Purchased parking for $35. When I dropped off my car the place said it was an extra $15 for SUV.
When I went to pick up my car they said its and extra $25 because I wasnt charged enough.
Whats the point of using spot Angel if I am being charged the same rate as not using it?
Also I didnt receive first confirmation so I got the button again and was charged a second time. So I have now been charged $95 to park today instead of $35.
