I tried to get set up to file a claim but needed help and there is no one to talk to about the situation. Premiums are being debited from my account.

I tried to submit a claim months after paying premiums by auto pay debit, but couldnt get it through because of the faulty system and
no way to get help that worked to solve the problem. Now I cant even find a way to cancel it!
Their customer service sucks and
is NON- Existent! Nothing on line works right!

I’m unable to get live help to file a claim or account set up. my password is 41RNqASB but can’t get signed in to file a claim or get a live person to help.
Have SOMEONE CALL ME T SET UP MY ACCOUNT PASSWORD PLEASE! I have account number: sp784**** but cant access it because your agent didnt give me a password.
When I tried to login to file a claim it refused to let me in without my password , and wouldnt allow me to change my password. So now what can I do??

How do I reimburse my money from vet visit today
I purchased insurance for my dog not knowing I had to pay outta pocket and them pay me back or I wouldn't of did it but then I borrow money to get him to vet turn n my claim to be told my coverage wasn't eligible and I have themoney and they giving me nothing so I want a refund

Claim
I was not aware that this pet insurance did not cover preexisting conditions. My dog has allergies and that is why I got the insurance.
So my claim was denied. This can be very expensive for me. Im already out of pocket $500 dollars not counting what I have paid in the past.
To me, all insurances are a scam. Im very dissatisfied.
