I dont know if there is something on your end or not. This is not the first time this has happened.

Selected wrong birth age
Sucks no help at all problem isnt resolved worst help ever didnt do nothing but hang up I dont understand why its so hard to get a hold of you people. Its very upsetting. All I need to do is switch my daughters age cause I clicked the wrong one.

No way to opt into emails for sons sports team
ATried to call to figure out how to get opt in for team emails. After calling in was prompted to press a few numbers and then all it said was contact the administrator.
I dont know who that is and wasnt able to talk to anyone. Not helpful at all and no solution to the problem.

How do you log out people who have logged into sports engine on your account to be removed from seeing things on your account? We have an ex in law, whose phone 2 years ago, was used to log into our account and since then weve changed the password twice, no contact with them, but they are still able to click on their app and access all information.
This is a HUGE violation, as they show up to every event not invited. This is our childs schedule just out there.
And there is no way in account setting to log them out, even with changing the password and everything. So how do we log them out otherwise?

No one answers. If you are hoping to speak to a live representative, you will disappointed.
Parents cannot get a hold of a live person to get registration done, when all other options dont work. I cant use my American Express card or my Credit Union to pay online registration.
I dont use common banks or credit cards. I just need quick help and cant get a hold of a real person!
Failed payout
Two invoice Payments were processed on 11/30/2024, but they never paid out to our account. I have checked the account and there is no record of the payment being received .
The last payout was received 11/20/2024. I attempted to get the payout details on the sports gone site, but no information is available regarding the payout.

Your automated system would not let me talk to anyone and hung up on me. For getting help through the club thats a dead end due to the leadership of the club not wanting to help
