Heartbroken to have spent thousands of dollars on a Michael Jordan ball that barely has a signature on it. I have been calling for 5 years and yet customer service has not been able to help me make it right.
I am heartbroken. In my opinion, don't trust this company!

Package tracking
Package has not shipped. Order it December 8th. I keep looking at track my package and does not give me any information.
Shipping dates
Since my order was not able to get to me in the time that I needed it, the agent I spoke with today at least upgraded my shipping so I could receive it on the 29th of July instead of august 1st.

Ordered an autographed framed 16x20 photograph of Patrick Mahomes for a Christmas gift. Spoke (finally!!!) with a live person, who checked and said that it was being framed.
He had all the correct information, but no sign of the photograph, and not a word from Sports Memorabilia as to its whereabouts. I have no order # nor, of course, a tracking number. My email address is janrhold@***.net. I've spent thousands with S.M., and this is the first problem.
Can you help solve, please? Thank you!!!!

Received a response and my item
I think the website needs a much better system for customer support. I tried for about a week to get ahold of somebody, sitting on their chat service for a couple hours every day.
I got a response one day, 3 or 4 hours after pulling it up. The person left the chat within ten minutes and I missed them. When I tried calling the automated number and inputting my order number, it said the order didnt exist. (Same for entering the phone number I put on the order) That aspect was very frustrating when I was trying to troubleshoot why I couldnt find my order.
However, I did receive my item and its exactly what I wanted. From my experience, this website is completely legitimate, the customer service is just very iffy.

Order confirmation
I've been trying to get a hold of my tracking number since I place my order on September 30th and Andrew h told me that I would be receiving an email the next day on October 1st with the confirmation number I've tried to contact him many times through email and by phone and have even called the customer service online to receive a call back and I still have not received a call back since then. I have made two attempts to call the customer service phone line and used the phone number associated with the package and they said they could not find anything under that number. The second attempt was actually about a few minutes ago I waited on the phone a few minutes to speak to someone and after waiting those minutes the automated voice system asked if I would like to receive a call back and all of a sudden hung up on my face so I would really like some answers from someone that works for sports memorabilia please and thank you.

I ordered a football and was shipped the incorrect one. I returned it and havent heard anything since.
I placed my order in June and it is August. The order number given to me cannot even be found in the system. Ive called multiple their phone number multiple times and it tells me to go online. When I go online the chat doesnt even work.
They dont have any options to email anyone or call anyone. I paid hundreds of dollars for it. At this point its feeling like a scam.
They say they are partnered with fanatics. I will never buy anything from either of those companies.

I'm not upset at all, I made a mistake and ordered two things and only wanted one. So I called, and they told me to cancel the order and reorder. They were very nice and helpful.

Sportmemoribilia.com ruined my father's day gift
I purchased a signed baseball bat from this business for a Father's Day present. I ordered it on line and they had the option of including a gift card, which I filled out.
Well, they sent the bat, WITHOUT the gift card and included promotional material trying to sell other things. My father had no idea what it was. He thought he had to pay for this bat. When I called the company, they said "Sorry", it wasn't possible to send it with the gift message since it shipped from their supplier and that the supplier wasn't supposed to include promotional materials.
So why did they offer the gift card if it wasn't possible to include it. If I'd known that I would have made sure my Father knew the gift was coming.
These guys ruined the Father's day gift and then didn't offer me a discount or anything to make up for it. incompetent shipping, and BAD, BAD customer service.
