Not received my refund on all items
I have returns two items in one mail back to sporting life and I received only one return amount and the other one is ignored. They are not responding to my emails or have provided a number to contact them. The refund is being delayed and no response to my emails.

I am the Chelsea, Stoke City, Arsenal, Seattle sounders (captain) and England international soccer player, who enjoyed your services as l love my soccer and horse racing.
I also used to be an important and integral part of the Sporting Life hard copy newspaper, once called "The Bible" in the Unuted Kingdom.
I have also offered my services to your super Online coverage of racing and soccer to no avail.
And my experience in Seattle and playing all over the USA in the old NASL has given me greater knowledge of the sport this is now the fantastic new Major League Soccer where my Seattle born son Anthony once managed Colorado Rapids.
He now manages in Thailand after being assistant Head Coach of the USA in the last World Cup in Qatar.
The reason I contact you is you have compromised my Sporting Life account for no reason and would like you to "fix it" please, plus take a look at my CV inline and think about using me as a columnist on your terrific Sporting Life line.

I actually send an email for late delivery .
And also called customer service department. Even phone No. is not service line.
I bought a few things online and one of them...
I bought a few things online and one of them which was supposed to be an extra small has been mislabeled. I got the same brand (Columbia) in an extra small zipped fleece top and it was perfect.
I also got a small in Nike dry fit and it was also perfect But the second Columbia zip jacket is much bigger. There must’ve been a labelling error so I was going to send it back and just got back from the post office and it’s $20.
Since the jacket was only $37 that hardly made sense. Given the mistake on the jacket, I am requesting that a return shipping label.Is sent to me.

Cannot use my gift card
I couldnt use my gift card . I tried contact information unsuccessfully.
Then this question appeared suggesting they cd answer my question for a refundable $2.00. I thought it was a chat assistant from Sporting Life. Not only was I charged $2 but I was charged $66.00 for a membership that I did not ask for and did not want.
I felt like I had been scammed. I am angry and disappointed

If you had addressed my problem regarding the gift card and not have sent me in a loop trying to find someone to help me immediately this would not have happened

Only had a problem filling in Cust report form - it kept wrapping around did not receive notification email was received
Excellent - was able to send an email ( indicated at bottom of customer form ) was responded to within 24 hours
