No one ever answers the phone.

I have called customer servicethree times, each time on hold for 10 minutes and no one ever answers. Then I used this app, pissed consumer,and tried to just leave message, but they say you must enter the code to verify within the next five minutes.

I waited and waited.

they dont even send the code for five minutes. I think its a racket!

Absofreakinglutely not use them again. If you alone have more than 2 problems with the function of a product there is a problem with the product. Then you find out many other people have the same problem the product is no goood……!!!!!!

Bought one in March. Had to send it right back.

Got another that worked and didn't work for a short time. Got another collar. It worked for a while then worked intermittently. Called again and got kind of a cold shoulder.

Was supposed to receive a replacement battery and never did. Collar only a couple of months old and is not working at all. They are junk. I did have an e-collar I bought 6 years ago for $100.

It finally wore out. Figured I would upgrade to SportDOG because of the range and multi-collar capability.

Boy, what a mistake. Gonna buy another e-collar or Tri-Tronics even if I have to buy two sets.

BROKEN INTENSITY DIAL

Called and spoke with SportDog representative about getting a replacement dial. Was told that it is unavailable and need to purchase a new remote for $165.00.

Was told this happens because 'I was playing with it'? Really!

If adjusting the dial from V/T -2 causes it to fail, then I think the DIAL is substandard and prone to fail. Not standing behind the product is poor customer service!

Dissatisfaction with the product

Bought a Sport Dog system for my pup - the idea to protect the dog and program it to certain behavior patterns. Got the product and it worked for about a couple of months - used periodically.

All of a sudden one day, it stopped communicating between the transmitter and the receiver (collar) Tried contacting Sport Dog and got the usual "all our folks are busy" but we can call you back in a day or so - never happened.

Tried reaching out thru email for some help and only got standard replies. Even now as I type this, I am on hold with no sign of assistance in the distant future.
