I made an order on 5/2023 who is suppositories called magic bullet I made a mistake with my ZIP Code they want to be sending the suppositories back to the company mind you his company is located in Georgia Im located in North Carolina they wanted me to pay them $40 to have it re-shipped out to me because they said they had to pay $30 in a return fee from UPS. I do not believe this is true.
I spoke to the manager and she laughed at me that customer service is horrible. I asked him to just return my money to me and they told me they would only give me $40.
I spent $64 for the suppositories from $64 plus the $10 delivery only get $40 back they are definitely stealing from the customers , as far as a restocking fee that should only be for wheelchairs this is a suppository. What is their excuse this is really unacceptable behavior how this company treats people who are handicap.

Missing customer service.
I purchased two wheelchair casters by Frog Legs from Sportaid for $112. I used the casters for two weeks and was not able to adjust to the wheels.
I've contacted Sportaid three times for my options: return, refund, store credit, throw in parts pile, to no avail.
As an aside, the casters were shipped from Frog Legs so I have contacted them also. Unfortunately, they offered to have "designer" contact me. Of course, that never happened.
What's the process?
You buy an item from an online description, try them, and if you are not satisfied you are out the cost? and worse, no one will communicate with me either at the manufacturer or the seller.
