I ordered this putter when I saw it on Facebook, it looked real to me, they only show one picture, when I got the putter it doesn't have the real weights they are fake. anyway, don't buy this crap, spend $ 60 dollars more and you'll get the real putter.

received the first one in Jan.2017,it cracked in July 2017 and they replaced it.I used it for another 8 month and enjoyed it. My health issues came back and i stored the board under my bed for over a year and now that i am feeling better i started to use it 2 1/2 weeks ago and on Easter Sunday this one cracked.Called Customer Service and was told that there is nothing they can do cause the Warranty expired.Really, i am not happy, i feel it was defected just like my first board.I am 71 Years old and had nothing to do with it cracking!

What absolute junk products and service. Ordered a Grand Tour bike on 2/7/19.
It comes and the left pedal is stripped. A bike is no good with one pedal. Guess what, pedal is backorder till the end or March. Pedal arrives....finally...now the incline/decline doesnt work either.
Get in contact with customer service again. Incline/Decline motor backordered until 7/6/19. $1200 POS and their warranty/support is even worse.

Product (elliptical 720e) was received defective. They sent wrong repair parts, the second time around parts are b/o'd.
They refuse to compensate and addesss the problem. Apparently they think it is reasonable to have me wait +3 months for a usable product.
