Repeated attempts to keep tread centered failed. Followed all instructions.
Spent hours trying to correct. Plus machine makes noise from front. Have had a number of people look at it.
All to no avail. I wish to return item as it does not perform as advertised.

Have had issues with Nordic track treadmill becoming extremely loud but when we had to have a tech come to replace the belt he said we had to replace belt also and he d come back to do both at no charge other than the original 159.00 fee. The day he fixed both all of a sudden he needed gas money for coming back.
Where do you think that went. In his pocket.
Now I have no receipt showing any work was done by a tech. Be aware

We purchased a treadmill from NordicTrack in 2017 together with an extended warranty. The machine has malfunctioned but we are having zero luck in getting icon fitness to rectify the problem. We have spend countless hours on the phone with them and in additional have emailed repeatedly.

Ordered my Nordic Track Treadmill through Amazon. Arrived on time however the installer that put it together informed me the machine had the wrong parts package .
We had wrong key ( to start the machine/electronics) and wrong bolts for the kick stand. Amazon referred me back to Nordic Track. Chatted with a customer service rep over a week ago. Still no parts.
No emails to give me an update and been on forever hold for customer service for over 40 min.
I have had my treadmill for 11 days now and have not been able to use it. Very disappointed in this company

I have had the 8.8 HRC for 15 or so years. The only issue I have ever had is the heart rate remote monitor battery cover broke. I am very happy with my unit.

Ordered one treadmill they say I ordered tow. OK maybe I did by accident but we denied delivery on one and they took it back,.
Since then they have been billing us for two and refuse to accept a phone call to discuss.
By the way, how many homeowners actually buy two TM;s for the same house? They are about to ruin my credit over this and there is no way I can get anytime to rectify it. This is the worst company and the biggest scam I have ever seen.
