I cant access my emails as they have been deleted by admin. I need them to see if i was too harsh chatting to someone, or if they were harsh to me and i reacted. i need to see the timeline, unedited

I got no support

I requested that my daughter have her stats updated for how many goals she has kicked for the year and also to follow up bullying and intimidation tacticts from another team we played. The club was unable to do this for some reason.

They then victimised me and my daughter. The coach said i was harassing her. But she admitted she had been harassed for months by others. I said to her that i thought that we were friends.

I made only a simple request to her. That maybe she reacted harshly to me. The president said he didnt believe my daughter, said i cant prove anything, acused me of breaking code of conduct and deleted my Spond account, erased emails and spread a rumour to the general public that they kicked me out of the soccer club. I kept my daughter out of this, but my daughter was approached bu adults on several occasions asking why i was kicked out of the club.

This occured at a training night, when the kids were supposed to be enjoying some treats put on by the club, after training. I then had to explain everything to her. She has been damage by this. Not liking crowds of people all of a sudden.

We couldnt access spond for two games, even though we were paid members. The coach is posting things about me that i cannot respod too. We dont know if we are invited to presentation or if my daughter can play next year.

They are on a power trip and damaging kids, or dont care. Its wrong!!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.

My first payment was received by Spond on 4th Jan. I had received no payout by 19th Jan.You cannot speak directly to Spond.

Their customer service is delivered by live chat but no-one responds for days, even if you request urgent assistance. It wasn't until I contacted Pissedconsumer.com that I received a response and my payout was finally paid on 23rd Jan!

As my colleague explained, there is a seven-day delay for first-time payouts, and from what we can see, your payout was processed within our stated timelines. Spond uses automated support systems to keep the platform free, with a dedicated team available to assist when needed.

We also have a comprehensive Help Center where post questions can be answered. I’m pleased to hear that your payment has now been received.

I am now receiving pay outs but, as previously stated, the first payment received by Spond was 4th January yet it was only paid out and received by myself on 23rd January. Please provide your policy guidance where it states that 18-19 days is a reasonable amount of time for pay out. Also, how do I receive my pay out invoices as your website states it is sent at the end of each month but I still have not received mine?
