Very Sketchy Company
I could not contact Split It. I reached another company by dialing your supposed customer service telephone number.
Person was rude, difficult to understand and I was not giving them my personal information because I didnt feel comfortable. They also repeatedly kept mentioning that they were not Split-It but they can still assist me.
No. I didnt trust them.

Hello Split and Lyma,
I am writing to you because I am quite concerned about how you are charging my card. The agreement was that the full amount would be held on my card for only three days after the original purchase, after which the entire amount would be released. But it was not released until 10 days later!
I spoke to my credit card company and they informed me on the ninth day that it would be released the following day, so I let it go. The hold was released and I moved on, thinking that would be the end of that.
However, a few days ago, the second monthly payment was deducted from my card, which was fine, but now the full amount has been charged on my card again and is pending. This makes it impossible for me to use my card. I am currently traveling and need to use my card for hotel expenses, but my card is essentially being held hostage for $2000. This amount is not available to me until the hold is removed, which will take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days!
I'm not sure why this is happening again and I'm concerned that every month after my monthly payment is made, you will hold my card hostage for the balance each month. This makes it very difficult for me to use my card.
Please explain why this is happening and how it will be resolved? I need this matter sorted out ASAP as I am traveling during the holidays.
Your help in this matter is appreciated.

Preferred solution: I would like to have what I agreed to which is a 12 month payment . Only the monthly amount is taken from the card each month. The remainder is not held, blocking me from using funds on my card.

I was calling for a Splitit Plan on a Nectar Cooling mattress and platform made on my long-time bank credit card. It wasn't started.
PLEASE allow me to pay it off in full. I'm older. Have been on SSDI for 10 years. I turn 65 on 10/14/24.
Was signed up for Medicaid. Also have a Medicare #. I have insurance as well. It hasn't been deducted.
Kindly pay off the remaining balance of $345.06. Ref #240113****900000****6282. 1st payment was suppose to be 9/3/24 or 10/3/24. Had fraud charge.
Should receive a new card via UPS delivery 10/7/24 or 10/8/24. I'll be able to wait if so. Haven't set it up yet due 2 my major health issues. I live in FL.

Payment issue
There is no person to speak to and there AI system is not able to do what need to be done. This is horrible!
Do not use this company. They have no real way to speak to anyone to resolve problems.

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Won't connect with me with someone to talk about my bill.
Keep saying I won a gift and want me to pay a fee. When say not interested they hang up on me.
