- I bought mini Easter bunny hug; disappointed, not using it as a gift.
- Requested $27.88 refund; offered $2.00.

I continued to tell them I was unhappy with the product and wanted them to issue a refund. They have not resolved my issue and do not seem to care.
I purchased a product from this company. I am totally disappointed and will not use it as a gift, which was my intention.
The product is called a mini Easter bunny hug. I have requested a full refund of $27.88, and in turn, they want me to accept $2.00.
The whole bunny is misshaped and its eyes are crossed. I have sent all of the information needed to them to resolve this situation, and to no avail, no refund or resolution to satisfy me, the customer.

- Advertised: 43 min, 2.4 mi, video-screen controller; actual: 10 min, 100 ft, no screen.
I bought a drone from splendifly.com Thinking I was getting what it said to be. Drone was totally not the one the description described.
It said it would fly for 43 min on 1 battery, flying range was 2.4 miles and a controller with a built-in video screen. All this was not true. The Drone I received is nothing like described in the advertisement on Facebook. The drone I received will only fly 10 min., flying range is only 100 feet and the controller has no video screen.
The drone you get is a piece of JUNK. Buyer beware.
