Coast Spa dealer service brutal!
Splash works, London. Spent almost 10K in '08 for this "world's best spa"....Well besides the fact they missed our original appt for install by a day (which should have been my first red flag). I have numurous issues with this thing. Pump one kept overheating and shutting down. The repair person missed three appts to come andlook at it. When I finally went to the store to ask why he missed these appts he told me "why didn't I pick up the phone" I lost it! THat problem was never resolved as they wouldn't return my calls after. Coast Spa head office wouldn't even call back. Another issue was with cover, was finiahed after one yr use I paid for the extra durable cover....They said too bad not covered. The pillow were finished after yr one as well they told me that it was the water in our area. No I have a plumbing issue, and I am sure after reading some of these comments that they will tell me to pound salt. So I tell all my story, in hopes that they will not drop a dime on a Coast Spa or the stroe in London.
