I understand if I didnt enjoy a certain wine I would get a refund or credit . The Leap wines with last order were not to my liking!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Funny story!
It turns out that my husband ordered it for me for Christmas and had it sent to my daughter's house. He thought that I wouldn't see the charge on the card that he used.

I'm not sure how my credit card was charged or even how you had my credit card number.
Bianca from Splash Wines responded to my complaint in a very timely manner. She wasn't able to find the charge on my card or the order (that I never placed). After several email exchanges Splash Wines found the charge. Turns out my husband ordered it for my Christmas present and had it sent to my daughters house!

I need to talk to someone, either a sales representative or a manager .1 I have been trying to call call call and someone answers. However, after they answer its a recording, but nobody comes on the phone or they pick it up at for second or two and then they hang up
User's recommendation: Yes no only would I recommend it, but I would enjoy it. It’s easy to order as well. Is it easy to receive and you won’t be disappointed. But it’s going out and buying it yourself and the convenience of delivering it to your front door is extremely wonderful for me anyway, I like everything delivered and if you don’t like what you got, give them a call back and say look I don’t like this bottle.

Bad wine upset
How many times I have written you every time you send me something for a new order I text back the problem its been I dont know how long but I got a case of your wine Im throwing out the last bottle every one of them was too hot and they got they got hot when they were delivered and they taste gross I feel like I really wasted my money
