Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Funny story!

It turns out that my husband ordered it for me for Christmas and had it sent to my daughter's house. He thought that I wouldn't see the charge on the card that he used.

LOL... I pay all the bills.All the wines are excellent!!!

I have a charge of $105.99 on my credit card. I had a coupon I received to order wine and I did look at wine and was picking some but I never finished the order.

I'm not sure how my credit card was charged or even how you had my credit card number.
Bianca from Splash Wines responded to my complaint in a very timely manner. She wasn't able to find the charge on my card or the order (that I never placed). After several email exchanges Splash Wines found the charge. Turns out my husband ordered it for my Christmas present and had it sent to my daughters house!

User's recommendation: Yes no only would I recommend it, but I would enjoy it. It’s easy to order as well. Is it easy to receive and you won’t be disappointed. But it’s going out and buying it yourself and the convenience of delivering it to your front door is extremely wonderful for me anyway, I like everything delivered and if you don’t like what you got, give them a call back and say look I don’t like this bottle.

How many times I have written you every time you send me something for a new order I text back the problem its been I dont know how long but I got a case of your wine Im throwing out the last bottle every one of them was too hot and they got they got hot when they were delivered and they taste gross I feel like I really wasted my money
