We were at [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] in [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA],Tx yesterday. The lazy river had bugs and trash all in it.
One area had sewer smell and sump pumps sitting out with dirty water standing and garbage bags around. Went and got in the large pool and water was very cloudy with lots of bugs in it. One of the drains were full of some white [PERSON_NAME].only 1 of the tall slides were working also. Outside the entrance where the bathroom are there was toilet paper and water running out on to the outside floor.
Lots of personal standing around. Tried for 2 days to get my season tickets honored.
Employees in the ticket booth were not very helpful. Just a few observations!!!

Very upset
- - Rate was online only; had to go to Walmart for a card and activation.
- - Manager waived tax after the trouble; hours lost and delays at food counter.
I went to the counter with a group of children ready to pay $15 each and was told that rate was only online. I then had to leave and go to Walmart, buy a card, and do the long activation process.
I forgot to consider tax, so I still couldn't get the discount. The manager and guys at check in were great and waved the tax for my trouble and calmed me down. We lost 1 1/2 hours doing the process.
Then lost a lot of time at the food counter. People were standing around, one girl was daydreaming out the window while standing over my food.
She left the others doing all the work. We lost another 20 minutes standing there in the heat and people in line were complaining. Most employees were awesome and made up for the slackers, but gees. Why should they have to work so hard because others don't want to lift a finger?
Every time we go, it is an ordeal. We used to buy season passes, but we don't anymore because of the frustration.
Great place. A lot of trouble.

- Only way to get a price you can afford is online
- Food counter takes forever
