Cancelled my insurance after 5 weeks and they sent me a bill for £260 cancellation fee!!! I paid £157 for my motorcycle and had engine issues I couldn't afford to fix so I had to cancel... they said it was in the small print!! Beware of these robbers !! Had several other issues also including chasing a certificate and incorrect when it arrived! Worst of all is you cannot get them via phone.. you can be calling for 2 hours and just goes to a mass choose options then just keeps you waiting forever with *** music playing Do NOT use these cowboys seriously!! Poor outfit

thoroughly disgusted with customer service .as previous complainant waited for hours for someone to answer the phone to no avail.Office hour times untrue claiming that it will be open 24hrs 7 days a week but then tells the customer that the office closes at 5 30 pm so one is unable to claim by phone Might I SUGGEST THAT THE MANAGING DIRECTOR cares for his existing customers before touting for new business
